UI/UX Designer

Relevant Experience: 2-5 years

Brief description of position:
The position of junior user experience designer requires a creative talent, with enthusiasm and passion for design and an understanding of how user experience impacts product performance. This position also requires an understanding of user centered design principles.
The junior UX designer will be responsible for creating, detailing and designing User Interfaces for web applications and smartphone applications. Responsible for assisting the design team in branding activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborate with a group of designers and developers working across multiple projects.
- Work with project teams throughout development and deployment stages.
- Work closely with UX team leads to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met.
- Participate in creative concept development brainstorms.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the final product matches the design.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Impressive Design PORTFOLIO
- Competence in and understanding of CSS3 
- Hands-On Experience in working with Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw      Secondary - Flash, After Effects , In Design
- Prior experience in making wirefreames+mockups (using Illustrator,Photoshop,Sketch or any RIA like Axure,Balsamiq,Moqup etc.)
- Understanding of user experience principles and web standards
- Proficiency with Office tools.
- Knowledge of current design trends & various plugins commonly used.
- Should have a clear understanding of Grid Layouts & RWD
-A passion for detail oriented work

-Qualification: Graduate; Diploma/Degree/Certification in FineArts and/or Graphic Designing would be a plus.
